Revealed at a developer roundtable, take a look at the first new IP for Wii U

Ubisoft, at a Developer Q&A hosted by Nintendo this morning, revealed its first new IP for the Wii U. Killer Freaks From Outer Space is a first-person shooter set in 2012 London. The world has ended and you play as David Boyle, one of the few survivors of the world. The game takes full advantage of the new Wii U controller, using gyroscope controls plus the screen to give you a "real" feel of holding a gun. The game has a full 4-vs-4 multiplayer mode that can be played locally or online. Were not sure if thats with two Wii U controllers or one (where the other player uses a standard Wii Remote).

There are a few screens of the game but Ubisoft stresses that these screens are taken from early in the games development and are being reproduced on non-final development hardware.

Theres also a CG trailer if thats your sort of thing. Guess we should start getting used to that too?
