In what some fans may see as a slap to the face, Rare have announced today that Banjo Kazooie will be hitting the Xbox Live Arcade, following the controversy that Goldeneye’s Xbox Live Arcade rendition faced. Designed to be a promotional tie-in with the up and coming Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, the Xbox Live Arcade version will revive a much remembered feature of the Nintendo 64 platformer – the Stop N Swop function, which will be fully functional and compatible with Nuts & Bolts once it sees a release.
