E3 09: LEGO Indiana Jones 2 announced
LucasArts and TT Games bring Indy back for another adventure
Indy is back again for another round of LEGO-fuelled fun. This time the new game will focus on the latest Indiana Jones movie ‘Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’; with two player co-operative play set to return.
New features include what TT Games have dubbed “Build your Own Adventure”. The mode allows you to create and share your own levels and environments with friends. “LucasArts and TT Games continue to set the bar for next-generation family entertainment with the LEGO Indiana Jones franchise,” said Darrell Rodriguez, president of LucasArts. “LEGO Indiana Jones 2 delivers something a little different for everyone. Parents will enjoy the humorous take on the classic moments from their favourite movies, and their kids have an opportunity to experience the most authentic LEGO experience by building their own fun levels brick by brick.”
The game is due out later this year.
