We’ve had our Wii U midnight launch listings split over a couple of articles so it’s time to bring them all home to one location. Plus Nintendo’s just announced new and flashy events for Queensland and Sydney, in addition to the big one in Melbourne.
Remember even if you can’t make it to one of the big events below many other stores are open all around the country. EB Games are also doing events from 8am the next day as well.

I’ll be at the Brisbane event, friend from Adelaide is flying over to come along as well as a friend and his gf. We planning on heading in from around 7pm to camp out!

Not sure why Nintendo included the 24hr K-Marts in that email for the midnight launch as the few that i’ve spoken to aren’t actually selling the Wii U until 6am.
Ill let you know tomorrow what I am doing. I was going to an EB midnight launch but I don’t know now.
I pre ordered at Mt Gravatt, the guys said they would be doing a midnight launch when I pre ordered in October, got a call yesterday saying they are still having a midnight launch, i also got an email today advising they are having a midnight launch but an hour later I got another email saying that “oops EB mt gravat is not having a midnight launch.”
so ill be calling the store tomorrow to find out what’s going on, cause ill be hell mad if they are not when I was told they were as I would of pre ordered at albert street . And if they are not i will be demanding that they defiantly price match kmart even if they are not in stock.

I checked with my local Kmart which is a 24 hour one and they said I can come at midnight to pick one up 🙂
