Bargain Roundup: Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is still a little while away, but after taking an early look at prices we felt it prudent we post something about it early – this one is a crazy one.

With healthy Switch tax, there’s no place the Switch version of the game is cheaper – but you can find it cheaper than retail in a lot of places right now. If you’re looking into getting the collection, now might be the time to lock it in. Because of the Switch tax we’ve included the other consoles so you can see the difference, in some stores its huge – others not.

Early picks for where to plonk down your cash include Amazon.com.au which has free shipping too. As is now standard Big W and Target prices aren’t available yet but with something niche as this, we’re not expecting much. Digital-wise, forgot about buying it from our eShop and get an American account and some credit, it’s about $25 cheaper from there.

As always we’ll keep you updated, should you see a price that’s not here – let us know in the comments.

Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is out Tuesday, 29th May 2018 in Australia and New Zealand.

“All other eShop stores are the same price or worse compared to AUD.”

Umm, it’s 39.99 USD. Which is much, much cheaper than the Australian price. This is one of the worst USD to AUD conversions in the eshop, up there with Has-Been-Heroes from launch.

Isn’t it 39.99 USD? Which would be much cheaper than the Australian price? It has to be one of the worst price conversions in the eshop.
