Blaster Master Zero adds indie stars Shantae and Shovel Knight
Surprising many, Inti Creates has announced at Anime Expo 17, that in the next update for Blaster Master Zero, indie darlings Shantae and Shovel Knight will be joining the game and the best news, for a limited time, they will be free to get. Check out the announcement trailer below.
If you wish to add either of these characters to the game, you will have the chance as Shantae will be free to download from July 6 to July 19, whereas those keen for the shoveler of truth can acquire him from August 3 to August 16. Once the free download period has passed for the characters, they will be purchasable $2US, a local price has not been confirmed yet.
A statement from the developers was also released, though now one has to wonder what is coming next.
