Aussie Nintendo Download Updates (29/4 – 6/5) – Funky Cold Medina

The one, the only, Funky Kong has graced us with his presence. This weekend is the perfect time to throw a FK barrel at all of your responsibilities and jump, surf, and roll into some tight, Funky platforming action.

That’s right, while this week might be a little light on releases on the eShop, Nintendo’s got something funky for us in the form of Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze on the Nintendo Switch. It’s back and better than ever, which you can read all about in our review of the game. Of course, maybe you don’t want to buy it digitally, maybe you need to hold the sweet Funk in your hands, and that’s okay too! Because we have a bargain roundup to help you on your quest to grab a great deal, which you can check out by clicking here.

Don’t forget about the non-Funky Kong games though, this week sees the release of the dark and mysterious Nihilumbra, plus a stack of deals, including a tidy little discount on Rocket League. And lastly, be sure to check out the pre-order for Yoku’s Island Express, the peculiar pinball/Metroidvania mashup that I haven’t been able to stop thinking about for over a year now.

As always, leave us a comment and tell us what you’re grabbing this week in the comments.
