Aussie Bargain Roundup: L.A. Noire

Welcome back Rockstar.

It’s been 8 years since Rockstar released anything on a Nintendo system and soon we’ll welcome them back with a remaster of L.A. Noire. Being a Rockstar game we were expecting a premium price for this one, but being a re-release (even if not for Nintendo fans) it’s kept things in check – as long as you don’t pick up the game at RRP.

So far the price varies widely, from $89.95 at EB Games all the way down to $55 from Base.com. At that price, it might be worth waiting a couple of weeks for it to arrive.

There’s also good news, most of these prices below match the other systems price, there’s no Switch tax on this one – at least in Australia.

LA Noire is a huge game on the Nintendo Switch, the download version of the game is 29GB. It literally won’t fit or download onto your Switch without a micro SD card.

If you get the cartridge version too you will still have a big download with a 14GB download required to even play the game.

L.A. Noire is released next Tuesday on November 14th.
