The Guitar Hero franchise is set to expand as Activision plan to take on Rock Band with more instruments to be added to the games Guitar only repertoire. According to an interview in Code Nast Portfolio Magazine, the CEO of Activsion Bobby Kotick has spoken out and said that the forth iteration of the rocking franchise is set to expand. Vocals were specifically mentioned with Kotick saying that youll be jamming with local bands in your area. “”We’ll include a lot of other instruments, vocals. It will help us expand internationally. It’s the first game we’ve had in which we can use local content and local bands.””
