Unleash your game making skills in RPG Maker Fes
NIS America has announced that Australian 3DS owners will be getting RPG Maker Fes when it releases later this Winter, both in stores and via the Nintendo eShop. RPG Maker Fes makes it easy to develop any RPG you can imagine with no need for programming know-how, but perhaps the best news, anyone can download any made title and play for free.
Simple, but powerful tools let you bring to life the amazing stories in your head! Customize the characters, stories, combat and more to become the next great developer. Once your masterpiece has been crafted, you can upload it and anyone who has downloaded the RPG Maker Player, will be able to download your game and play it, completely free.
As stated before, we currently only have a release window of Winter right now, but an exact date should be known soon.
Next they’ll invent a video game designed to allow players to build a custom engine and toolset with which to build games… Lol

Sounds amazing (I hope we can draw our own assets!!!), but this would have been even better on the Switch with the ability to switch between portable and home console play.
