Two Legend of Zelda themed New 3DS cover plates headed our way in March

New Cover plate ohesigns for the New Nintendo 3DS had been in short supply since the launch of the console here in Australia until last week. We got three new plates then and good news is we won’t be waiting much longer for some more.
On the 5th of March, Nintendo will release these two Legend of Zelda themed cover plates, one featuring the awesome new Skull Kid artwork and the second with a more subtle black Triforce design. We’re not sure exactly how much they will cost, the Monster Hunter ones just released were $24.95 but the clear Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire was the more traditional $17.95.
Now if we only had the black New 3DS like in the picture above, it looks slightly less elegant in the white…

Feel like I’m being punished for having large hands.
Awesome! These look to be sold out in Japan and are only easily purchased by scalpers on ebay for ridiculous prices.
Now we also need the Xenoblade plates to come over here as well!
For the curious, the Hylian on the bottom of the black one is written in the language from Skyward Sword. It reads;
Three golden goddesses descended
upon the chaos that was Hyrule…
which is a line from the creation story from Ocarina of Time.
