Twilight Princess HD developer Tantalus working on Nintendo Switch
The Australian developers responsible for bringing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD to the Wii U are working on at least one Switch title.
In a new interview with fellow Australian site Maxi-Geek, Tantalus CEO Tom Crago has confirmed the team are working on the Switch;
I can confirm that we’re working on Switch, and have been for some time. Our titles haven’t been announced as yet, but keep an eye out for more news soon.
So what game(s) could it be? The Tantalus / Straight Right team has work with Nintendo on Twilght Princess but also worked with EA for Mass Effect 3: Special Edition and Square Enix with Deus Ex: Human Revolution – all great ports.
We’ve always worked on Nintendo platforms and now of course after Twilight Princess HD our relationship with Nintendo is stronger than ever. I expect fans will look back through Nintendo’s catalogue and think about which titles they’d like us to bring to Switch. Everyone should feel free to make suggestions on our FaceBook page 😉
Well then, time to speculate. We wonder if Tantalus are working on one of Nintendo’s titles again then that’s exciting too because Nintendo’s teams aren’t tied up in ports and can work on something new for the Switch.
