There’s a new Nintendo Direct later this week. For the 3DS.

Nintendo has announced a brand new Nintendo Direct for later this week, but it’s not the one you’re hoping for.

No this Nintendo Direct will focus solely on the Nintendo 3DS and the 3DS only. No NX to be seen.

It will take place live at midnight (AEST) between the 1st and 2nd of September. That’s this Thursday / Friday.

They probably want to get rid of their 3DS news so it doesn’t hog any of the NX reveal later on…3DS’ twilight year has already been good, so anything other than pokemon is a bonus
