Last week, they were unveiled on Pokémon Sunday but now Nintendo has released official shots of the latest ’mons.

The first official artwork of the new Pokémon have been revealed. Set to debut in the as-yet-untitled ’rebirth’ and 5th-generation game due out in Japan later this year is Zorua and Zoroark. The pair are set to be seen first in the newest Pokémon movie, Ruler Of Illusions: Zoroark, and are both dark types. IF you haven’t already guessed, Zoroark is the evolved form of Zorua.

It is odd that the English names for these two Pokémon have been revealed so far out from release; usually we only find out about them a lot closer to launch. Perhaps the game will be out in the west this year too?
