It’s divided people’s opinions so have your voice heard, what do you think about the pirated New Super Mario Bros. Wii case? .

Yesterday it was revealed that Nintendo had won a case against an Australian for the piracy and uploading of New Super Mario Bros. Wii before its release date in November last year. An out of court settlement was reached meaning that the man has had a $1.5 million dollar fine placed on him and he has to pay court costs of $100,000.

This decision has split not only the gaming the community but the community in general. Since we’ve got some angry emails from people about this (who are confusing us with Nintendo Australia) we thought we’d let you have your say on the issue.
