No More Heroes 2 launch trailer drips with pure awesomeness
The newly released trailer for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle has us licking our lips and ruining our pants.

Presented with an overtly grainy ‘grindhouse’ stylisation, the new trailer shows Travis Touchdown once again talking smack and cutting people into pieces with his beam katana. It looks like the trailer contains a few story-related spoilers, but everything is so over-the-top and intense that we’re not quite sure what is going on. A fresh new cast of assassins appear in the trailer, all of which Travis will need to defeat on his path to claiming the title of Number One Assassin in Santa Destroy yet again.

There is silliness here in spades, with hyper-violent combat scenes and nonsensical dialogue between Travis and his adversaries. Did we mention not-so-subtle sexual innuendo? Yeah, it’s got that.

No More Heroes 2 is out in America later this month with an as-yet-unspecified local release not too far away.
