New footage of the upcoming sequel to Hotel Dusk: Room 215.

A few months ago, the name ’The Last Window’ was trademarked. Some speculated that perhaps it was the title for the next Zelda game, currently being referred to as Zelda Wii. However, The Last Window turned out to be a sequel to the critically acclaimed DS title, Hotel Dusk: Room 215.

The new footage features a new apartment for the ex-NYPD cop to scavenge around in for clues. It also features a brand new character - Steve. Check out the finer details below.

The original Hotel Dusk was quite a deviation from the traditional DS formula. The game was played with the DS held like a book and the plot was much darker than most games we had experienced before. In fact, some regarded it as one of the rare games that were considered ’mature’, but not due to explicit content or violence.

There is no word as of yet of The Last Window’s release date, however, Vooks will report the information as it comes to hand.
