While talking to gaming website IGN recently, Nintendo’s Denise Kaigler dropped an interesting bit of information. Nintendo are planning a little surprise for those Wii users lucky enough to have their consoles hooked up to the internet.

This tidbit cropped up during a discussion about the recent surge in activity on Nintendo’s promotional Wii Channel ’The Nintendo Channel’ "We’re working on a little surprise for those who connect their Wii to the Internet," says Kaigler, "so keep your eye on the Nintendo Channel for that announcement to come in the near future."
