Lego Rock Band Wii misses out on DLC, track exporting
The Wii version will unfortunately lack some important features compared to its HD console counterparts.

While Rock Band 2 for Wii, which hasn’t come out here yet, managed to include DLC functionality similar to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions, it appears Lego Rock Band won’t be following suit, as there won’t be any functionality of that kind in the Wii release. Also missing is the ability to export the songs contained in the new game to the other Rock Band games. Games like Guitar Hero 5 certainly show just how good a Wii version of a rhythm game can be, so surely it is only laziness on developer Harmonix’s part to not include these.

On a brighter note, we do know more about the tracklist now; it’s certainly varied. You have tunes from the likes of Elton John, the Foo Fighters, Europe, Pink, Queen and the Police, to name a few. You can see the list of songs in the game below, with those also available on the DS version marked accordingly:
