Gearbox Software’s Randy Pitchford (who is heading up the console version of the game) has confirmed that the Nintendo DS version of the upcoming Aliens: Colonial Marines game is still under development despite report previously saying that Sega had pulled the plug on the title.

All this came about after a video of the game leaked, but not before being pulled by Sega. The video had said that developer WayForward was working on the the title and that the project was pulled for financial reasons.

Although the game is still on the way, it won’t be until next year.
