E3: Reggie brings the hype
Reggie Fils-Aime is promising Nintendo’s full support for this years E3, and is hyping up the event in the lead-up to June..

"E3 brings a wide variety of key audiences into contact with products from many companies, including Nintendo. It’s the place where creativity is on display, and as a ‘sneak peak’ for our entire industry it helps generate excitement for gamers around the world" Reggie said to Gamasutra, in what is hopefully a return to form from last years casual-centric effort from Nintendo.

We imagine the ‘key audiences’ include both gamers like yourselves as well as your mums and grandparents, and that Nintendo will have something of substance to offer each of these types of customers. Reggie’s comments add to the comforting news that other developers are looking to re-establish E3’s relevance despite growing economic troubles worldwide. This year’s E3 will be held in Los Angeles from June 3-4.
