Nintendo has kicked off the Hanabi Festival for another year. For those who missed it last year, this involved a couple of weeks of import only games released on the Virtual Console with one even being a limited release. No Nintendo hasn't announced if this years is a multi-week affair, but at least we get three good games this week. Gradius II: Gofer no Yabou (Ambition of Gofer) for the Turbografx-CD is the first game off the bat and is 900 points (and thankfully not the rubbish NES version). More inside.
Next up is Final Soldier, the only non-spinoff games in the Star Solider series to never be released outside of Japan, and it comes in at 700 points.
