Ubisoft has sent word that the Nintendo DS will be receiving a new animal game this October. This time the game will cover dolphins and other sea creatures in the aptly named Dolphin Island. In Dolphin Island you’ll be able manage an entire marine park to save Dolphin Island from a multinational corporation. You’ll discover more than 30 endangered species including dolphins, sharks, killer whales, penguins and green sea turtles. More Inside.
The game is also a way to raise awareness for the endangered species in the game. You’ll have to care for them and give them a new place on Dolphin Island and in doing so you’ll learn more about them. As part of looking after the animals you’ll have to feed and clean the animals as well as put them on show. With the credits you earn you can keep your park moving along by adding improvements. Dolphin Island will be available this October on the Nintendo DS. Though aimed at the younger generation it could still be interesting.
