Since the release of Nintendo’s Wii and the Western bundled Wii Sports fans have been crying for another instalment featuring online play and a slew of new sports. Nintendo President Saturo Iwata has officially put his foot down, revealing in Japanese Gaming Blog 1101.com that a sequel to Wii Sports would be an easy option; one Nintendo is not willing to take as they ride the success of the Wii. Iwata said, ""We're not going to take such an easy way, not by including seven new sports in the game since Wii Sports has five. We're not closing our doors to the possibility of a sequel, but it's definitely not coming out soon."" Source
