Freshly Picked: Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland is set to arrive in European stores on the 14th of September and in an interview by Nintendo of Europe with Kensuke Tanabe from Nintendo and Mari Shirakawa from Vanpool, the possibility of more Tingle games is hinted at. They said that even though Tingle isn’t a popular character, they still want to spread the unique character around the world.

Kensuke Tanabe said that his team, SPD3, have started work on their making-Tingle-a-main-character-project” in which Tingle will continue to move in his own direction. There aren’t any solid plans for this at the moment but Shirakawa said he’s interested to see how the game goes in Europe.
