Castlevania creator warming up to Wii
Previously Castlevania creator, Koji Igarashi has said he wasn’t too fond of the idea of a Wii version of the legendary franchise as if the game was to feature a whipping motion in the game that players may become tired and he wasn’t down with that. However in a new interview Igarashi is warming up to the idea but still cautious. More Inside .
Speaking to 1up, Igarashi said ""I like the concept in theory, but I’d just have to make sure it could be done without players getting all tired."" So the idea is still not completely out the window, but who says a Wii Castlevania even needs motion controls. Both DS games came out and didn’t rely on much use of the touch screen. When asked about a new DS game too he said the next one (after the PSP version currently in the works) would be a DS one. Source: 1up
