On the weekend it was reported that the online features of Guitar Hero 3 for the Wii were in doubt and now it seems our suspicions and our worries are confirmed. A new interview with the President of Red Octane has confirmed that the Wii version will not have online play from day one. “There is online for the PS3 and Xbox 360. There won't be online initially for the Wii, but we are working with Nintendo to see how we can get those features in” Sounds like we’ll either get it at a later point or have to wait for GH4..
