GameSpy has just announced it will again provide multiplayer technology to game publishers that are developing games for the Wii. Previously GamesSpy and Nintendo worked together on the DS online and now will allow Wii games to have community features such as friend rosters, advanced matchmaking capabilities and comprehensive rankings data. Now that we have some concrete details about Wii's online service we eagerly await Wii's first online game, Pokémon Battle Revolution, which is due to launch in the US on June 25.
