Splatoon Wii U hardware bundle receives discount price in Australia
Nintendo Australia has announced that we will in fact be getting the Wii U Splatoon Premium Pack and we’ll be getting it for a nice price as well.
The bundle which will include physical copy of the game will retail for $359.95, that’s that’s nearly $70 less than the standard RRP for a Wii U and you get the game included.
The Wii U has never dropped price officially in Australia but there’s been many deals done before at this price point. Nintendo Australia says that this bundle will be available only in limited qualities. So perhaps its time to make like a squid, and drop into a Wii U.

squids dont really drop, they bloop along, but still a great deal.
It does make me wonder why we have not received a price drop though
They do drop into paint!
I mean as an official price drop. I think we are the last nintendo region to hold out on it, not that it would impact me, as I own mine already, but I think its needed, to help give sales a shot in the arm.
In Japan – Black 32GB Wii U is rare, White 32GB & 8GB is readily available.
In Australia – White 8GB Wii is rare, Black 32GB Wii U is readily available.

Back on topic: Anyone who is thinking of buying a Wii U should get this bargain bundle. 32 GB premium Wii U and a disc copy of a game.
I have a conspiracy theory: With 30th anniversary of Super Mario Bros, there might be special edition coloured 3DS and Wii U released.

Limited is the right word, I think this will be hard to find, best to pre-order if you really want one. A price drop is coming but not until the Wii U hits its twilight years aka around Christmas 2015 lol
