Ridley joins in on the battles in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

For as long as there has been Smash Bros, there’s been people who want the winged space pirate to in the game. Now they’re getting their wish, he’s still not playable.
Ridley will appear on the Metroid inspired Pyrosphere stage and be more than just background decoration. Instead Ridley will join the battle if you attack him enough and become your wingman to help you out in the fight.
If you attack Ridley enough you can even KO him and get points (even if he’s on your team) to go toward the score at the end of the match. But watch out if Ridley consumes enough energy during the game he’ll turn into Meta Ridley and good luck trying to stop that.
