Nintendo Australia corrects newsletter Fire Emblem date – Now TBC

Earlier in the week Nintendo Australia sent a cool wallpaper to everyone with a Nintendo Network ID and a list of games coming soon to the Nintendo 3DS in 2015.

One of the games listed was the newest Fire Emblem game which was announced last week during the Nintendo Direct. However, the game didn’t have a release date announced in the Direct and now with this newsletter from Nintendo saying 2015. Well then it’s basically confirmed right? Not quite…

Nintendo has today sent out the same newsletter with a slight adjustment, the headline now reads ‘Games coming for Nintendo 3DS’ and the yet untitled Fire Emblem has been pushed back to a ‘TBC’.

This doesn’t mean the game won’t come out this year, but just means Nintendo hasn’t set a date.

Oops.

Took 10 months to bring awakening out of Japan…. I don’t see this being any easier. Maybe they will try and get it out just before Xmas over here. Think that is the best we can hope for, but either way, great news another one is on the way.

If you look up Fire Emblem on EB Games, the release date is TBC 2015. However, that can be interpreted in two different ways…
