New Brain Training game on the way says Dr Kawashima
System not yet announced, internet speculates furiously
Nintendo hasn’t announced anything yet, but floating polygon head man, Dr Ryuta Kawashima, has revealed that he is working on a third game in the Brain Training series. The third game is reportedly coming out as a end of 2010 release, however Kawashima has been sworn to secrecy and can’t reveal any more.
Speculation says that the game could actually be for the Nintendo 3DS since the 3DS has moved to a February release. The lag time between writing the book and publications means that the game is due for Nintendo’s new console which was meant to be out this year.
Nintendo has sold over 33 million copies of series worldwide, however Dr Kawashima has revealed that him and Nintendo president Satoru Iwata agreed that they wouldn’t release a new game until they came up with a ’special idea’.
Just think of the spatial puzzles a 3D Brain Training game could have, I don’t think the world is ready for such a thing.
