New 3DS gameplay video blowout

Multiple games get extended public showings thanks to Japanese TV station

Following the media conference that Nintendo held in Japan last month, several videos, presumably from the conference, have been revealed of upcoming games for the Nintendo 3DS. The most admirable ones, however, are both the 3D enhanced port of Ocarina of Time as well as the new and unique Resident Evil: Revelations.

Despite not being able to properly see the 3D effect, Ocarina of Time sports new animations, a very silky smooth frame rate and much more vibrant colours than the original. We cannot wait to get out hands on it – it looks amazing. Resident Evil fans will be happy to know that it seems that traditional zombies are back, with the latest demo showing off a scene on a cruiser ship where players step into the shoes of series veteran Jill Valentine.

All of the games shown have so far impressed, though were a bit worried about the quality of Ridge Racer compared to all of the other games showings. Still, its kind of early days.

The Nintendo 3DS is due out in Japan this February and the rest of the world in March. Australia still doesnt have a release date for the console, but once we do, well be sure to let you know.
