Hallelujah: Freeloader confirmed for Wii – Rescues PAL gamers
CodeJunkies have made the announcement that PAL gamers have been dreaming about. CodeJunkies have confirmed the Freeloader for the Wii. The Wii Freeloader like its GameCube brother will allow gamers to play Wii and GameCube games purchased from any region, without the need for a modchip. Operation is simple, simply boot the Freeloader and once it has booted swap it for the game disc. There is no information on whether or not Nintendo will block the Freeloader with a future Wii update (they blocked GameCube Action Replays with a Wii update). CodeJunkies do not ship to Australia, but the Wii Freeloader is available now.
