Well, having played the N64 version extensively I can say that it was an inferior version of the PC game, with dreadful 3d graphics, fiddly controls and no fmv.

Controls sucked. Game looked kinda cool though. I'd like to a C&C game on the DS, even if it was a straight port of the N64 version.

Good Heavens no! A port of the PC game would be terrific though. I always preferred the 2d graphics to the blurry smudge-fest on N64.

Once again we've gone completely off-topic, but since we're here, I'd just like to say:

'Woohoo! Yeah, Shake it baby!'

Why? What do you mean why? Do I need a reason to make such a hilariously camp, yet incredibly cool quote?

I agree, that game really sucked and the Brotherhood of Nod were really at the disadvantage. They were so handicapped!

Ahahahahaaaa! (maniacal laugh) Tanya is teh hot :)

Well now that C&C is owned by EA I'd say a port is practically a cert. I hate to think how impossible the infantry will be to tell apart though, it's bad enough on pc. Perhaps a Red Alert port might happen instead.

Was NOD that weak in the first C&C? I thought they were ok the trikes alone were very useful.

But Allies in Red Alert they really suck unless its a sea map. Even the expansion packs add more stuff to soviets than allies.

You Sir, are now officially cool. Command and Conquer r0x0rZ!

Awesome I got the cool factor ;)
