Sense, this makes none. Like, I'm not even talking business. Just literal good old normal common sense.

The coffee cup's contents regret the general level of snark, but they've had enough of the game industry's BS. Wake up folks, just about everyone in the industry is insane, just about no one actually gives a sh!t, especially about you. Stock up on retro and board games 'cause Lala land isn't real and we're going off the deep end. The "everything's alright, progresprogressprogress" bubble's about to burst. Big time. It won't be pretty.

My precious status quo! *girlish squeals*

Kudos to Nintendo for trying something unique in a series that could use some variety.

My thoughts exactly. While this isn't quite as good as just coming up with a fresh idea on its own for the franchise, trying to harmonise it with a game as unique as Nobunaga's Ambition is a fairly good compromise.

That video seems to suggest it's real time. I was expecting it to be turn-based, as that would be a lot easier to incorporate Pokemon, but time will tell I guess.

Never played the ranger or the mystery dungeon series but This definitely is intriguing. That Groudon character team up alone is enough to warrant a purchase.

3DS would be preferred though, but what can you do.

The game is certainly intriguing! The character designs remind me of Samurai Warriors on 3DS. Though its a pity there won't be a 3DS version of this game :(
Will be interesting to see if they release an english version of this game. I would certainly be interested in trying out this SRPG :)

Great idea, the debut trailer has me hyped. I think this concept will work well. Time to own Japanese WarLords with my Jigglypuff :D

(Can someone with Mod-ly powers change the thread name to Pokemon Conquest).

Coming out Thursday, it's payday and I haven't bought a game in ages so I'm in.

Who else?

Oh wow this week? I think I might skip, I've err...put a bit to many things on the parents credit card the past week which launches or was shipped this week (so I got plently of games for now). I think I'll try my hand at winning it then if I don't try and pick it up cheap at some point. I completely forgot it was coming out this early, thought it was July.

I picked it up from JB HiFi last night for $49, I saw EB had it for $59 so at this stage looking like JB is the way to go.

I finished the main quest yesterday... my only real gripe with the game is it seems really easy a lot of the time, and I'd like to see a bit more variation in some things... and delegating does almost nothing.

This game is easily the best thing to come out of Japan since the tempura prawn. Its like Final Fantasy Tactics or Fire Emblem but 100 times cooler as it contains the Pokemon we all instantly recognise and cherish. The fact that the whole typing system is already burnt into your memory makes it. easy and fun to dive into and there’s so many different things to manage/be aware of that I can see this game staying in my 3DS for months.. Did I mention I love this game? As always Local but no online is a tragedy though.

Ive been playing for about 10 hours and I think I'm approaching the end of the tutorial LOL - The Dragon kingdom with Nobunaga.

So far I've just been trying to match warriors that can %100 link with the pokemon I want. It's a pain in the ar$e having to check online for who matches with what all the time but I figure its less time consuming than doing it by trial and error.
