More and more, it seems people don't actually finish many of the games they start.
Here I want you to prove 'them' wrong!
What have you recently finished, and let us know what you thought.

Myself, most recently finished game would be Megaman: Maverick Hunter X. Thoroughly enjoyable.
A remake of Megaman X (SNES) on PSP, updated with new music, fully 3D graphics (still on a 2D plane of course) and a bunch of new stuff. I really liked it.
Looking forward to playing the original for comparison sometime soon.

I finished Kingdom Hearts II a couple of months ago. I enjoyed the first game when I played it years ago, but I never really got in to the series until the middle of this year. But university mostly stops me from completing (or starting) anything long (I did start and finish Kirby's Dream Land last night), unless it's one of the few times of the year I don't have like five essays coming up and tests to complete, too.

Of course, once the exams are over I'm planning on playing a lot of video games, and I think I'll finish most of them too!

BF3 and MW3. On highest difficulties. Pieces of cake.

The last big thing I finished was SMG2... Well, truthfully I haven't got the 'Perfect Run' star yet. :wallbash:

I did finish Muffin Knight and Scribblenauts Remix today... Portable and bite-sized games are so much more convienient at the moment.

STALKER Call of Pripyat was my last game to be finished. Pretty crap final mission, which I failed at. Overall the game had good mission scenarios, but poorer sandbox play, compared to STALKER 1, 2.

Just finished Sonic Generations.
Some levels were better than others, but there weren't any levels I greatly disliked. Sega did a great job really just making a game entirely of fan service for Sonic fans. Both Classic and Modern Sonic felt fun to play. To be honest i preferred Modern Sonic thanks to the air dash and boost moves giving a greater degree of control, but Classic Sonic feels just right in this game too. Nobody will be complaining of 'broken physics' as happened with Sonic 4.

Finished Kirby: Mass Attack. Lots of fun was had. Especially since I already knew about the impending pad-out fetch quest beforehand so I collected all the requirements while I was making my way through the levels. Lots of cool touch screen ideas.

Oh no. No, no, no. There have been plenty of fans condemning the game to a special place in hell because the physics of Sonic don't perfectly emulate those of the Genesis titles. I read in a couple of places that the acceleration is all wrong or something, according to die-hard fans. Fans that manage to pick up on the most minor 'flaw' and deprive themselves of a great experience. Sad really.

Bought, played through, and completed Contra: Rebirth with Robbo last night.
Was a bit apprehensive at first, the game was balls hard. Bullet hell at moments, enemies that jump on screen giving you a fraction of a second to get out of the way. Brutal.
Was kinda happy when realising that on Game Over you start again from the last checkpoint rather than the start of the game. Shame that high scores are lost on game over, only way to actually have a high score would be to finish the game without getting Game Over, and I don't think we'll be doing that anytime soon.

Played through it twice, second time Robbo played as an unlocked character who is rad.

Someone else finish some games!
Last night I finished Sonic Colours on DS. Pretty good fun. I remember enjoying Rush more, but the game was fun nonetheless.

Well I finished Super Mario Galaxy 2 a few days ago. I ended up going co-op with my brother for the Perfect Run star AND I'M NOT ASHAMED OF IT

I regret not recording our gameplay and accompanying banter to put on YouTube - our constant frustration, shouting of suggestions, and uproar at dying when we were just about to kill the last Boomerang Bro were hilarious

I loved MW, haven't finished MW2 yet though.
I did just finish Shadows of the Damned. Really liked it. Very crass, but I was okay with that.
Johnson was fantastic, and even the credits had some lols.

Finished Arkham City, was a fun ride. I felt it was too short though, I wanted more. Thankfully, the side missions I've yet to complete and the sheer amount of collectables (and the challenge rooms they unlock)) is going to keep me busy for ages. Great game, love it. So much detail, it's hard to take it all in.

Also finished Super Mario 3D Land yesterday. What a brilliant little gem, absolutely brilliant. Delving into the post-game, and it's looking just as inventive as the first eight worlds. This is excellent, especially after Galaxy 2 had the boring Green Stars. Can't wait to keep playing :)

Beat all of the levels in Orcs Must Die. Such a great game, but a little more depth would be nice. Still can't figure out why I don't have a few items that other people have mentioned, ie acid bombs.

Finished the medium difficulty N.O.V.A. 2 (iOS) campaign. Quite a solid little FPS actually. In typical Gameloft fashion, it takes a lot of inspiration from Halo and maybe Metroid but it does it well, and looks gorgeous in the process. Main gripe is the lack of Game Center support, again, typical Gameloft. I wouldn't mind if the Gameloft LIVE service wasn't so broken.

Wow, I couldn't live without acid bombs! My strategy is essentially funnel them, slow them down, then mass kill with acid bombs.

Right, that's it, time to head for an FAQ...

Oh, whilst I believe I got both DLC items with my Steam copy (that you helped me purchase ;)) it seems that I only access it when I'm online. DIdn't notice having them the times I was online....

Ah, that reminds me. Both items of DLC are in my 'unaccepted gifts' list. Either you haven't accepted the gift, or Steam didn't gift them all for some reason.
Check your available gifts, and I'll see if they gifted properly.

I have finished a few games over the past month or so. Those that come to mind are:

Skyrim (main quest line that is)
Batman: Arkham City
Skyward Sword
Super Mario 3D Land (first eight worlds, so I saw credits, but I'm still working on the post-game stuff)
Voxatron

Voxatron was unexpectedly short. Such a visually exciting game though, I love the art style.

I just finished (on beginner level) Shinobi 3DS. Even on beginner, this game was a real b*tch due to a few of the mechanics.

Good arcade-style game though.

I finished a Wii JRPG/Adventure/Survival Horror game on the weekend called Fragile Dreams. An aboslutley amazing game world, the setting was fantastic, the story was great and the way it presented the back story of whats happened this the world was fantastic. The mood and music where all just out of this world. I will say the controls and combat are abit iffy and janky but I really think its all worth it for just enjoying the story the game tells.
