Update: 18 August 2013

A long time ago, this guide was created to keep a track of the worth of DS and Wii games on the Club Nintendo program, as well as provide a timeline for the expiry dates of associated codes.

Since the 3DS and the Wii U came out (in the non-homosexual sense), there have been all manner of promotions and changes to the way Club Nintendo is run and linked to users. It had become much too difficult for me to keep up with it all to provide Vookians with a one-stop information source about the program. Therefore the guide was abandoned.

This thread will continue to serve as the talking point for everything Club Nintendo-related.

Excellent idea ExciteD. I wouldn't have looked around to find out and now it's been put up for us all to see. No doubt I'll be looking to scratch up enough points for something. Cheers mate, great idea.

Me and Nicko share a Club Nintendo account, both our DSi's and our Wii are on it and we have two DSi's accounted for and all our DSi Ware purchases register too.

BTW: Awesome looking thread.

Ok cool, by the way, how many Stars do you get for DSiWare games? And WiiWare and Virtual Console games? Or do they just appear as being registered for the time being with Stars to be issued in the future?

No points for any of the three yet. Probably get a survey eventually though.

Ah ok, then maybe it didn't because Kirby Super Star Ultra is the only game I haven't confirmed.

EDIT: Kirby Super Star Ultra should have come with a code as a link to register the game is found here.

EDIT: Can somebody please confirm whether Trauma Center: Second Opinion did or did not come with a code?

Vook, you and Nicko are able to register multiple games and consoles on your single account?

Nice thread ExciteD, I was hoping someone would set something like this up :)

This is just a request for anyone who buys either NPC! Pikmin 2 or Pokemon Platinum from Thursday to let us know how many Stars the games are worth.

EDIT: So does anyone have either game?

Rhythm Heaven, which we expect will be worth 150 Stars, has now been given a release date of June 4.

I also felt like adding the announced Metroid Prime Trilogy even though it hasn't been confirmed for Australia because I'm so psyched about it lol.

EDIT: You can't register multiple codes for a particular game on one account. That's why we trade codes.

Yeah, I guess it's okay if a friend/family member won't use their code(s) and gives them to you.
