Very few of those options seem to have any corrolation to what they are actually supposed to stand for... that I could deduce anyway.

I can't believe how many people don't know the coloquial (sp) names for the states... You flee south to Mexico (from NSW) if you get in any trouble with the law :P

I don't believe it... They're not all exactly names for states, but the SAs are crow eaters, victorians are mexicans, queenslanders are banana benders, waians are sandgropers.. sheesh >_>

hahah Tasmanians are bakers, thanks ENKC :D

Maybe someone can elighten me. Why is WA the most hated of all states? I never really understood it. Infact, This whole continent has always seemed like just the one place to me.

Not anymore...

SA...
The only place where you can buy more than 10 brands of Flavored Milk. The only place to buy Frogcakes. The place where Farmer's Union Ice Coffee outsells Coca-Cola!

Equinox.

Yes, if you believe that half of us Victorians fled the law from "That place with Sydney" then you have a lot to learn. Something to do with sport would have been way more accurate. Or something about the random weather. There are so many other factors to take into account and I never would have thought of Mexico.

I live about an hours drive from there, I had to go there for my Woolworths induction and training. Also I've never heard of these names for states. Also obviously QLD here.

NSW here.

Also, I've heard of the Mexico name for Victoria, because they're "south of the border" much like the real Mexico is south of the US. Following that logic however, NSW is the US. Right... Anyway, still heard of it, and Hicksville, and of course The one with Sydney in it (although that's not a nickname, but it made sense) and the same deal with Government Land. The rest... not so much... :P

NSW for me. Pretty good state overall, although I liked Victoria when I was there as well.
