Firemint adds Infinite Interactive to their flame

Work productivity to plummet following next release

Australian developer Firemint have today announced that they have acquired Infinite Interactive, developer of Puzzle Quest and Capcom-published Neopets Puzzle Adventure. Firemint, who have developed some hits for portable devices such as the scarily addictive Flight Control, have openly welcomed the company due to their similar design philosophies and hopes that this means not only better games, but more of them.

The new business deal also sees Infinite Interactives teams gain much more options in attaining independent publish deals for their titles as well.

Both of the teams will consolidate into one central location in Melbourne, with all future releases bearing the Firemint name. We look forward to seeing what the team will produce next. Flight Quest? Puzzle Control? We can only wait.
