Etrian Odyssey II being remade and heading to 3DS in Japan

’Tis the season for remaking games. The latest on the agenda is yet another PS3 game for the PS4 Etrian Odyssey II, originally a Nintendo DS game released in 2008.
The new game will feature new updated graphics, new anime cutscenes and a new opening theme song.
So far the release is only confirmed for Japan, but hopefully we’ll see it make its way over here shortly. The game doesn’t yet have a released date but the Japanese website will open in full on August 11th.
