Brain Training launches for free on Japanese Wii U Virtual Console

Completely out of the blue Nintendo has put Brain Training up on the Wii U in Japan officially kicking on the Nintendo DS Virtual Console.

Even better the game is completely free for a limited time. From now until June 30th, Japanese players can download the game for free.

The game is played in ‘book’ mode which each screen side-by-side on both the TV and the GamePad. Nintendo also hasn’t got the full ‘Virtual Console’ experience up and running with save states and even a Virtual Console menu not available as of yet.

There’s no word yet as to when the game will be released outside of Japan, but hey E3 is next week right?

    Speaking of Brain Training, is that 3DS Brain Training title still coming to Australia/Europe? That’s a first party title after all, not some Atlus/Marvelous AQL title that normally takes ages to come over to PAL regions, if at all.
