Bargain Alert: EB Games selling Switch bundles at 20% off on eBay (Sold Out)

by Oliver BrandtSeptember 10, 2017

Update 3: Aaaaand it’s sold out again. If you missed it check the listing again tomorrow as they seem to refresh stock each day.

Update 2: Monday Afternoon sees more Switch consoles in stock

Update: As of Monday morning this offer has now expired.

Original Story: When you think of where the best deal for getting a Switch might be, EB Games might not come to mind. But, starting from 4:00pm AEST today, you’ll be able to buy a Switch from EB’s eBay page, and use the code PICNIC to get a whopping 20% off.

That’ll net you the Switch console package itself (including Joy-Cons, Joy-Con grip, dock, etc.), as well as a game, Has Been Hero, for just $380.15 including shipping. That’s an absolutely incredible price, and not one we’re likely to see again anytime soon, so if you’re interested you’ll have to get in quick. Everything else on the EB Games Australia eBay page will also be 20% off using the code, which can be used up to 3 times, so it might be a good time to pick up an extra Pro Controller too.

You can view the eBay listing for the Grey Joy-Con bundle here, but it doesn’t look like a Neon Joy-Con bundle will be available. We’ll be sure to update you if anything changes.

But the downside is that you’re stuck with Has Been Heroes.

Then you trade it in at EB and the vicious circle continues.

The ‘PICNIC’ coupon expires on September 20th. I can’t promise it’ll still be in stock when you get paid though. Can’t you order it now and pay later on eBay?
