Although the Wii passed the GameCube a while back in Australia, a testament to how bad the GameCube did here, it has now passed the GameCube total sales in Japan. This weeks sales have now pushed our favourite white console to an amazing 4,025,356 units sold and its done that amount in just a short 54 weeks. Even the Nintendo DS, which sold slower initially, took 53.7 weeks to reach the same milestone.
