Yesterday Sony released a PR announcing that it had received a Emmy for Peripheral Development and Technological Impact of Video Game Controllers from the The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. But what they didn’t (obviously) mention is that Nintendo had also won the award for the Wii Remote.
Update: It now seems neither the Wiimote or the Sixaxis won the award, but the D-Pad for Nintendo and the Dual Shock for Sony. Source: Emmys
