Ubisoft are at it again, this time with a new sports package with a twist
Tennis mad? Table tennis enthusiast? Squash obsessed? Well, it seems Ubisoft are catering for all your tastes with their recently announced title for the Wii; Racquet Sports.
A sports packs, much in the same vein as Nintendos official Wii Sports, Racquet Sports will shift focus from sports like baseball and golf to sports which use a racquet. The pack will contain standard court tennis, ping pong, badminton, squash and beach tennis all in one Motion Plus compatible package.
"As racquet sports are some of the most popular sporting activities throughout the world, we are excited to bring a realistic interactive game experience for the entire family," says Adam Novickas, Ubisofts brand marketing director.
The game is set for a March 2010 release and will feature all the hallmarks of that weve come to expect from the sports mini-game genre, such as multiplayer matches, single player modes and tournaments.
