Shigeru Miyamoto to appear on Aussie TVs this weekend

Interview with Mario creator on “Sunday Night”, on this Sunday obviously

In somewhat of a coup, the one, the only, Shigeru Miyamoto will appear on Channel Seven’s Sunday Night program this coming Sunday at 6:30pm. Miyamoto rarely speaks to the Australian media so it’s quite awesome to see them snag an interview with the man.

The interview is set to focus on the Mario 25th Anniversary which Nintendo has been celebrating in a big way these last few months with various tours, releases of special hardware and the upcoming Mario All-Stars re-release on Wii. It’s great to see Nintendo having some great coverage these days, bravo.

Mr. Miyamoto’s interview will be on the November 21st episode of Sunday Night, 6:30pm on Channel 7. The one with the red logo, co-incidence or what? We’ll have video of it up shortly after if you miss it.
