Harmonix CEO Alex Rigopulos has hinted strongly that thier upcoming music game, Rock Band, will see a release on the Wii in the near future. Though only a Xbox360 and PS3 released have been officially announced, when asked whether a Wii version was on the cards, Rigopulos responsed saying “”absolutely”". He went on further to say “”We will, at some time, bring Rock Band to every [important] platform”", also adding that the game would be optimised for each specific platform it is released on. He suggested that the Wiimote holds a lot of promise. Source: IGN
