Capcom has announced that the Wii exclusive Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles has now shipped over one million copies all over our fair planet. That along with all the other Resident Evil games brings the series total to a whopping 34.5 million units worldwide. Proof that a decent third party effort will pay off. Capcoms next Resident Evil game for the Wii Resident Evil 0 which is a port of the GameCube game will hit Japan later this year, however a western release is currently not planned.
