It took them a while but Midway is finally on board with Wii. Not only are they bringing out Mortal Kombat Armageddon but now also Rampage Total Destruction. Rampage was previously released on both the PS2 and GameCube, like most GameCube games of late it did not make it to Australia. The game is set to be released “”this winter”" in America meaning a 2007 launch probably around March.
However Rampage: Total Destruction for Wii is no straight port, the game will include 10 new and original monsters each super moves and combos. The game will also be set in 7 different cities including, Hong Kong, London and Chicago, and thanks to the increased power of the Wii the graphics will see an improvement.
Unfortunately we may never see this game in Australia as many Nintendo bound Midway games have had a hard time making to our shores. We’ll keep you posted.
